Author Biography: Natalie Manning
Natalie Manning grew up eating in 3 hat restaurants before she went to school.
With two chefs in the family, she ate pretty well at home too.
Travel won over food though as her second love. Her first is football (that's soccer for those who aren't in the know).
Over the last 8 years Natalie has independently travelled through over 35 countries and so now follows more than one soccer team.
