“@frombecca Well known blogger Rebecca Varidel has an astonishing 33,000-plus followers on Twitter, who she supplies with recipes, restaurant reviews and thoughts on all things food.” The 2012 Foodies’ Guide to Sydney

Inside Cuisine was included in the Spotlight on FOOD BLOGS in the 2011 Foodies Guide to Sydney – “Rebecca Varidel seems to live a fortunate life. When she’s not quizzing celebrity chefs, she pops up at the best foodie parties, escapes to fabulous locations or dissects a major foodie festival. Prize recipes from big name chefs only add to the cache”.

As the labour of love has grown organically Rebecca has been joined by co-editor Rhys Gard and regular contributors such as Kurt Huth, as well as internationally known food and wine personalities such as David Wong. And contributions to our co-operative website also flood in from guest authors – journalists, celebrity chefs, food producers and farmers, bartenders and travellers, and friends.

Inside Cuisine takes a peek behind Australian kitchen doors at home and in restaurants, and takes you on a journey of bars and beverages (cocktails spirits sake wine beer), and travel adventures – in Sydney around Australia and around the World.

At Inside Cuisine, we’re always adding new recipes like Luke Nguyen’s Pho, Christmas recipes from Lyndey Milan from her TV show Lyndey’s Cracking Christmas LifeStyle FOOD like Honey glazed ham with mustard fruits and cranberry relish and her Mum’s Christmas Cake, Chef Alessandro Pavoni’s Risotto Masterclass, Annabel Langbein’s The Ultimate Chocolate Cake from her ABC TV Series The Free Range Cook or recipes from Restaurateur and Chef Stefano Manfredi of Osteria Balla The Star such as Roast Beets with Walnut Salsa as well as cocktail recipes, our view on the best in eating out, bars, travel destinations and luxury accommodation, news on the latest cookbooks and more.
