Espresso di Manfredi : take home + masterclass

Espresso di Manfredi take home pack

While we are usually out and about and enjoying our coffee in cafés and restaurants around Sydney, we’ve needed to hole up for a push of a few weeks before the launch of our new second website sydneyscoop.comSydney’s newest guide across food and drink, arts and entertainment, fashion and lifestyle.

Happily, our launch and our holed-up in headquarters coffee drinking habits have coincided with the launch of the Espresso di Manfredi take home 250g pack of coffee beans. We’ve just freshly ground and plunged our own.

Sprezzatura. The Espresso di Manfredi family of coffee blends is the creation of two taste masters, celebrated chef Stefano Manfredi and leading coffee roaster Wayne Archer from D.E. Coffee & Tea. with decades of experience between them, both masters have drawn on their unique language of flavour and knowledge of food, to craft the family of blends: Classico, Audacia and Chiaro.

“When we take time for a coffee we are partaking in a certain culture. Everything associated with that moment is drawn into it, becoming part of the experience and our memory of it. Espresso di Manfredi is all about capturing these moments that contrast with the complexities of modern life. This 250g pack allows us to extend the Espresso di Manfredi moment into people’s homes” says Stefano.

We concur. And, the freshly ground Classico has certainly added to the creativity of our team while working on Sydney Scoop.

The 250g Espresso di Manfredi Classico blend is available at Espresso di Manfredi cafés Australia wide ( check out the café locator www.espressodimanfredi.com/find-us )

And Espresso di Manfredi is holding an intimate coffee flavour master class with Stefano and Wayne at Manfredi at Bells on Saturday 30th August.
