“It’s like going to a big house party where you’re going to different rooms and different spaces but you’re still under the one roof.” Vince Lombino, Group Director of Food & Beverage at ArgyleXchange, wants guests to be able to move between the ArgyleXchange bars and restaurants in The Rocks effortlessly throughout their visit.
Progressive dinners are huge amounts of fun – and were never easier. I tried out a 3 restaurant ArgyleXchange progressive dinner recently by starting at contemporary Japanese restaurant Saké Restaurant & Bar, chowing down on the main at New York-inspired steak restaurant The Cut Bar & Grill, before finishing the night with a cocktail and dessert at Ananas Bar & Brasserie.
And now the ArgyleXchange has a concierge service to take all the planning and hard work out of your night out.
Vince explains: “As guests arrive they are greeted at the entrance by one of our concierge staff who will help direct them to their reserved booking or if they have come without a booking, help facilitate a table for them in any one of our four unique venues. Our team of roving attendants can check availability in all the restaurants and bars without you having to do any of the legwork. It is a promise that once you have arrived they’ll take care of the rest.”
