Georg Riedel returns to Australia this week

We’ve reported before on the importance of the glass. Our newest lifestyle write Triana O’Keefe will be at the Westin Sydney Thursday 14th March to learn and report about about the importance of varietal-specific glasses from the master Georg Riedel, who carried on his father’s legacy by evolving the Sommeliers series into a range of machine-made, accessible, and affordable glassware.

You too can discover the Key to Wine at a glass tasting by Georg Ridel with a hands on demonstration using three red wine glasses from the Vinum XL series – Pinot Noir, Shiraz, and Cabernet Sauvignon – and perfectly matched with premium Australian wines. Vinum XL sums up the Riedel brand: quality, originality, function, and beauty. Or if you’re in Melbourne George Riedel will hold the glass tasting there the following Thursday 21st March.

And, in conjunction with Riedel’s new global partner Lindt, you will get to experience wine and chocolate matching as you’ve never seen it before.
