A sweet summer twist on the traditional Brazilian lime and sugar based Caiparinha.
45ml white rum
15ml sugar syrup
1 tablespoon of strawberries or raspberries
Muddle the lime, berries and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker
Pour in the white rum
Shake vigorously and pour into a short glass
Garnish with fresh berries and a mint tip
