What do the words Green Thunder conjur up in your mind? When I hear the name Green Thunder, I think: cocktail and cruise. That’s because on my Sydney home port visit to the Carnival Spirit cruise ship I was introduced to its frozen signature. And I’ve brought back the cocktail recipe, so you can try it too – unless you’d prefer to try it onboard the cruise ship (and that’s always a good option.)
15ml Bacardi Limon
30ml Pineapple Juice
20ml Pina Colada mix
15ml Blue Curacao
Combine all ingredients in a blender with ice and mix.
Pour into a petite cuvee glass and top with an additional 10ml Midori.
Garnish with a lime wedge, cherry and umbrella
