Celebrating the launch of the Mumm Champagne Spring Carnival Bar at the Bellevue Hotel this week, executive chef Damien Pignolet reveals the menu for an exquisitely designed dinner to tempt the most sophisticated palate – matched to a variety of Mumm champagne vintages and styles for a sublime dining experience.
The special foodies dinner will be staged within the beautiful Mumm Champagne Spring Carnival Bar, styled by Michelle Leslie and upstairs at the Bellevue Hotel, on Thursday November 1, with Laura Csortan – ambassador for the Mumm Champagne Spring Carnival Bar.
Kicking off at 7.00pm, tickets for the sumptuous dinner are $190, with the menu including:

The NV Mumm Champagne Spring Carnival Bar at the Bellevue Hotel is available for functions and group bookings from October 17 through until November 6 Melbourne Cup Day.
