With Peter Harrington of Sage Restaurant, Braddon ACT one of the 2012 Electrolux Appetite for Excellence Young Restaurateur finalists – and – with the finalists on tour and in town (Canberra that is) the perfect match for a night out seemed like dinner in his restaurant.
The menu was prepared especially for our group – with a bet between the main kitchen and pastry as to which dish we’d like best. Well, the voting was split down the middle, and many of us couldn’t decided.
