The real cooking heroes are donning their aprons with tongs at the ready for the Regional NSW BBQ Challenge!
BBQ cook offs will be held at three huge events in Young, Bowral and Inverell this September, and competitors are encouraged to enter from across the State for each event. The winner of each event will then compete at the big finale in Sydney as part of the Crave Sydney International Food Festival at the Eveleigh Growers Market on 20 October 2012.
Individuals or teams of up to 4 people can take part with the judging to be based on creativity, taste, use of local produce and appearance. Have you got what it takes to be the best BBQ cook in regional NSW?

Entertainment will be provided by the aptly named BBQ Kings at each event, with food commentary provided by our BBQ guru, Kim Terakes and wine insights from ‘The Wine Man’ himself, Peter Bourne.
