Secret Supper Cinema

A tantalising three-course French meal will be the centrepiece of a new secret Sydney location event, Secret Supper Cinema. This decadent cinematic and culinary adventure will be held in a mystery city location on Saturday, June 23.

Although the menu will be a closely guarded secret until the night, Chef Tim Noye, of Cooking by Design, has revealed an enticing dish to whet the appetite. The palate cleanser, served between courses, is set to tingle tastebuds with a lavish absinthe sorbet served alongside liquorice sticks and candied fennel.

Michelin star trained, Noye, has prepared a tailored menu of sensational food from some of Sydney’s leading providores to accompany the Baz Luhrmann bohemian classic, Moulin Rouge, starring Nicole Kidman and Ewan McGregor. Original set pieces from the film will be displayed at the venue to enhance the theme.

Venue details will be announced on the day to ticket holders. For more information visit www.secretsuppercinema.com, or head straight to Moshtix to purchase tickets! Ticket sales close on June 15.

Secret Supper Cinema is proud to have Butcherman, Box Fresh, Cooking by Design, Cellarmaster, Be Productions, Schwartz Brewery Hotel and the Absinthe Salon as event supporters.

NB: Vegetarian option provided upon request

Thanks for the info. Sounds really exciting. But please guys, for the love of Escoffier, it’s “palate” cleanser, not “palette”. It cleans your tastebuds, not your dirty paintbrushes. Thanks.
