Chivalry
45ml Chivas Regal 12 year old
45ml apple juice
10ml fresh lemon juice
10ml elderflower cordial
60ml sparkling mineral waterAdd ingredients to a tall glass, fill with ice and stir.
Garnish with a slice of apple and a mint sprig.
