
“Sun, mates, good times, thirst quenching, and then it’s gone all too quickly!” said De Bortoli winewaker Sarah Fagan when asked what rosé meant to her.
The Roof Top Bar at Coast restaurant was the setting for a delightful night. Rosé Revolution (the 25th session of Spitbucket) endowed us with Rococo Sparkling Rosé on arrival followed by six brackets.
