The fourth instalment of Barry McDonald’s Fratelli Fresh opens yesterday at 11 Bridge St Sydney.
The new Fratelli Fresh comprises retail, Café Sopra, Aperitivo Bar, Pizzeria and Mozzarella Bar and private dining [Cuvee Louise Room] and private bar [Campari Bar] all designed by Michael Delany [also designed Honky Tonks and The Bottom End in Melbourne and The Carrington, The Abercrombie, The Flinders and The Norfolk in Sydney among other projects].
Fratelli Fresh locations include the original Waterloo site at Danks St, Macleay St Potts Point and Hickson Rd Walsh Bay.
