National Stroke Foundation fundraising dinner Doltone House

The National Stroke Foundation have a series of fundraising events called Food for Thought. Currently they are running them in Sydney, Melbourne and Hobart, but plan to expand this to all major cities across Australia.

Dress Code: Cocktail

Ticket price $250 per head.

Chefs: Alessandro Pavoni, Colin Fassnidge, Giovanni Pilu, Leanne Beck, Riccardo Momesso, Richard Ptacnik, Adriano Zumbo and World People’s Choice Award Young Chef winner Soren Lascelles

It’s a really exciting night, the menu is degustation, with all the chefs preparing their dish on stage before it is presented to the table. The Chefs describe the meal and talk about the inspiration behind the dish. Hope to see you there.
