THE CHAMPAGNE BUREAU AND VOGUE LIVING CELEBRATE CHAMPAGNE MONTH WITH A SERIES OF DINNERS ACROSS AUSTRALIA

Seven dinners will be hosted by some of Australia’s most illustrious restaurants during the months of September/October to showcase the diversity of Champagne styles and their versatility in food-matching.

The dinners are presented by Vogue Living, The Champagne Bureau and winners of the Vin de Champagne Award, which is awarded by the Comité Champagne (CIVC) to encourage the enjoyment of Champagne in Australia.

Each Chef will create a menu of at least four courses, all individually matched with premier offerings from a selection of Champagne’s most celebrated houses and smaller boutique brands.

Experts will be on hand at all venues to take guests on an enlightened, educational journey through the art of Champagne appreciation.

“These prestigious dinners are a highlight on our annual calendar and offer the opportunity for lovers of Champagne to enjoy their favourite style of wine alongside fine produce, prepared by some of Australia’s top chefs”, says Elisabeth Drysdale, Director Australian Champagne Bureau.

Dinners start at $190 per person and places are limited. Bookings to be made direct through each restaurant.
