Luke Mangan The Australian cocktail Glass Brasserie bar

Here’s one of my little secrets – about a place I love to go for a cocktail and a bite to eat. Glass Brasserie is not just about dining at the table. I love to perch on a barstool and have a drink – my favourite cocktail The Australian by Luke Mangan. The Australian is a mix of Cointreau and gin muddle with some juice and a kaffir lime leaf. It’s very easy to knock back. It’s smooth as. And Chef Luke Mangan tells us it’s inspired by the colour of an Australian sunset.

My last visit was a girls night out with friend Marlo Perry, who tells me she feels very comfortable at the bar there. I’ve got to agree Marlo! And thanks to the Aussie lad Luke Mangan for his sensational mix.
