Thanks to Chef Miguel Maestre and New Holland publishers for the latest cookbook giveaway on Inside Cuisine. Miguel’s Tapas is a wonderful book, set out with recipes for throughout your day, starting at breakfast (6.30am 7.00am 9.00am 10.00am) morning tea (11.00am 12.00 noon) lunch (1.00pm 2.00pm) dessert (3.00pm) afternoon tea (6.00pm) dinner (9.00pm) to evening snacks (3.00am).

Recipes range from Churros with Chocolate, Flamenca Eggs, Spanish Potato Omelette, Rabbit and Garlic Rice, to Wild Rice Popcorn, Bombe Alaska Fruit Skewers, Bread & Butter Pudding, and Santiago’s Tart.
